Simply complete our online Find My Car locator form or contact us at 1-877-843-6178. Your Personal Advocate will contact you to review your desired vehicle and purchase time-frame. Your Advocate will discuss the vehicle and desired equipment with you, taking the time to understand the exact vehicle you are searching for.

Your Advocate will also discuss your trade information, if applicable, as well as your financing and leasing options. Our process secures the best deal by negotiating a complete vehicle purchase package for you.

 

Based on the information provided to your Personal Advocate, a target price will be established for your new or pre-owned vehicle along with your trade-in and financing or lease arrangements.

If the vehicle target price, trade-in and financing or lease arrangements are acceptable, Owner 1st will collect a $199 service fee to proceed with the transaction and begin locating and negotiating your complete vehicle purchase package.

 

Once your Personal Advocate has located your desired vehicle and negotiated your package to the agreed upon targets, you will be provided with the name of the dealership and point of contact.

Your Personal Advocate will arrange a time to meet you at the dealership, walking step-by-step through the process to ensure your transaction is completed as promised. Should any questions arise about the purchase price, trade-in value or financing options you’ll feel confident knowing you have a professional on your side.
