What is the cost of your service?
    The initial consultation with an Owner 1st Personal Advocate is free. Once you complete our online Find My Car locator form or contact us at 1-877-843-6178, your Personal Advocate will contact you to review your desired vehicle and purchase time-frame. Your Advocate will discuss the vehicle and desired equipment with you, taking the time to understand the exact vehicle you are searching for.

Your Advocate will also discuss your trade information, if applicable, as well as your financing and leasing options. Our process secures the best deal by negotiating a complete vehicle purchase package for you. Based on the information provided to your Personal Advocate, a target price will be established for your new or pre-owned vehicle along with your trade-in and financing or lease arrangements.

If the vehicle target price, trade-in and financing or lease arrangements are acceptable, Owner 1st will collect a $199 service fee to proceed with the transaction and begin locating and negotiating your complete vehicle purchase package.

  bullet What if I'm not satisfied with the price you negotiate?  
   

We provide you with a target price during our free initial consultation that includes the vehicle you desire, your trade-in and financing or leasing arrangements. We discuss your total package upfront, before any fees are collected. If you feel our negotiation ability is not to your satisfaction, you are not committed to use or service nor have you paid any fees. In other words, what do you have to lose!

  bullet What if I decide not to purchase a vehicle through your service?  
   

We understand that situations often arise where the transaction may not be completed on your part. Our initial consultation, which is free, will provide you with targeted vehicle pricing, trade-in and finance or lease options. Only if you are satisfied with these figures will our $199 service fee be collected. Should you change you mind after that and not complete the vehicle transaction, no other fees will be due and you will not be committed to purchase the vehicle. Remember, we are not a car dealership. We act as your consumer advocate in the buying process and work for you to save you money.
